Our refund policy expires 30 days after the date of your purchase. If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, we will refund orders delivered to locations in the United States according to the terms below. Customers outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, less a 20% restocking fee, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: Studio Ready, 1300 Washington Avenue #192341, Miami Beach Florida US 33119. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Lost or stolen packages

Be on the lookout for porch pirates. If your package is stolen from your doorstep or mailroom, and we have confirmation from FedEx that it was delivered, we will work with you to resolve your issue, but we do not issue full refunds for stolen packages. When ordering from our website, please ensure that the delivery address you give to us is the safest destination for high-value items. Please note that refunds for stolen or missing packages are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
