Auto-replenishment: common questions
How do I become a member?
By subscribing. Select Become a Member on any product page, choose how often it should arrive, and your membership begins with your first shipment. There is no separate enrollment and nothing further to do.
Will I know before a shipment is on its way?
Yes. We send a reminder email before each shipment, with time to swap products, adjust the schedule, or skip that delivery.
Can I change products or how often they arrive?
At any time. Log in to swap products, change your schedule, or pause — changes apply to any shipment that has not yet been processed.
What is the free gift?
Every membership shipment arrives with a gift of our choosing — a small courtesy, and occasionally a first look at something new.
How does early access work?
New perfumes are offered to members before general release. You will hear from us first.
Does membership include free shipping?
No. Member pricing applies to the products themselves; shipping is calculated at checkout as usual.
Can I cancel?
At any time, without fees or commitment. Your membership simply ends after your last processed shipment.
