Refund policy

By placing an order through studioready.com, you acknowledge and accept the terms below. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Returns

You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is at your expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your parcel must include a slip with your name and order number — refunds cannot be issued without this information.

How to Initiate a Return

There is no need to notify us in advance. Simply send your parcel to the return address listed below. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are unable to process refunds for packages that do not reach our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Membership and Subscription Orders

Products received through a membership or subscription may be returned under the same 30-day window. Returning a product does not cancel your subscription — you can pause, swap, or cancel anytime through your account page or by contacting us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Studio Ready does not provide insurance for packages once they leave our facility. If your order is lost or stolen in transit, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier directly, as well as your local authorities and insurance provider if applicable.

Undeliverable Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, we consider the delivery complete. Where a package is redirected to a pickup location, it is your responsibility to retrieve it. Packages not collected may be returned or discarded by the carrier, and we are unable to offer refunds in such cases.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to reship or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses. Should a change be required after dispatch, a $25 fee applies, and delivery cannot be guaranteed. If the parcel is already out for delivery, address updates are not possible.
