Great scents, and wonderful personalized customer service. Even their marketing campaigns and emails (of which I would normally hate) make it feel like individualized. Have recommended both their coffee scrub and fragrances to multiple friends.
WHERE'S THE BODY WASH?
Nice in gerneral. But products are sometimes hard to find. E.g. The Body Wash products.

We always tell our friends they have to get studio ready, especially the scrubs, not only does it leave a long lasting delicious or sexy scent depending on which you choose, its great for shaved areas to prevent bumps and ingrown hairs. Follow the instructions, scrub for at least 30s and pro tip, turn the water off while applying so you don't get water in the container, it can prematurely dissolve the sugars used for exfoliating. Loving this product since 2019

We’ve all been there.. the feeling you get when you entire order got shipped to the wrong place ( through no fault of Studio Ready I should clarify) I was devastated. Studio ready is an investment in one’s self care and its effects are worth the cost but the gut wrenching thought of not receiving what you’d paid for and in today’s economy literally throwing money away is not something any of us can afford to do.. I reached out to customer service and told them about what had happened and expected a lovely and kind suggestion on how to reorder .. maybe a sympathetic offer of a discounted rebuy or something to that effect but nope.. they took the entire order and made sure it got to me as soon as they could and didn’t ask for a thing in return. The customer service, the dedication to client experience and the pursuit in product excellence and design is what keeps me coming back. At this point I’ve probably spent well over if not several thousand dollars ordering products throughout the last couple of years and it’s moments like these that remind me why this product line is truly worth every penny. It’s not just about the quality ( which is superb) it’s not even just about the fact that I love how hard it gets my head shoved into a pillow lol ( although also fantastic) .. but the overall business model and client centric approx is truly astonishing and so rare in today’s corporate environment. So proud to do business with this company and will do so as long as possible 🥰

Signing up for promo emails and SR only sends one every now and then (maybe 1 every 3-4 weeks) and it's always regarding a sale or discount going for a limited time. They don't send out 4-5 emails everyday like some businesses just to send out crap, so that's a plus. I'm overall happy with my experience with Studio Ready.
