Shipping policy
We aim to ship orders within five business days of receiving payment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates, delivery options, and any free-shipping or promotional offers are shown at checkout based on your address and order. Current promotions announced on the Site apply automatically at checkout.
International Orders
We ship to select countries outside the United States; available destinations and rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country, which may be collected at checkout or may be the recipient's responsibility depending on the country. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Delivery and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, we consider the delivery complete. Studio Ready is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery — please contact the carrier and, if applicable, your local authorities or insurance provider.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Address changes requested after dispatch are not guaranteed and incur a $25 fee. If a parcel is already out for delivery, address updates are not possible. Packages redirected to a pickup location must be retrieved by the customer; uncollected packages may be returned or discarded by the carrier and cannot be refunded.
