Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on studioready.com and forms part of the Terms of Service.

Rates and delivery options

Available shipping methods, rates, and any applicable shipping offers are presented at checkout based on the delivery address and the contents of the order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed following payment verification. A shipping confirmation containing tracking information is sent when an order ships.

Delivery timeframes presented at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimates are stated in business days and are measured from the date of shipment.

Expedited services are not available for P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

International orders

Studio Ready ships to select countries outside the United States. Available destinations and rates are presented at checkout, and certain products are not available for international shipment. Where applicable, duties and import taxes are included in the rate presented at checkout. International delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs processing.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Where carrier tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, delivery is deemed complete. Studio Ready is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or following confirmed delivery. Claims should be directed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout. Address changes requested after dispatch are not guaranteed and are subject to a $25 fee. Changes are not possible once a parcel is out for delivery. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

Packages redirected to a carrier pickup location must be collected by the customer. Uncollected packages may be returned or disposed of by the carrier and are not eligible for refund.

Studio Ready reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
