Promotions and Gift Cards

Promotional offers

• One promotional code may be applied per order. Codes may not be combined with other codes or offers unless the offer expressly provides otherwise.
• Promotional codes have no cash value and may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, and product exclusions as stated in the applicable offer.
• Promotions apply to new orders only and are not applied retroactively.
• Codes obtained through unauthorized distribution may be declined.
• Studio Ready reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

Complimentary items

• Items offered with a qualifying purchase are available while supplies last. Studio Ready reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
• Complimentary items have no cash value and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Where a return reduces an order below the qualifying threshold for a complimentary item, Studio Ready reserves the right to require return of the item or to deduct its value from the refund.

Gift cards

• Studio Ready gift cards do not expire and carry no fees.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law.
• Studio Ready is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and does not replace gift card balances except as required by applicable law.
