Cancellation policy

This policy applies to membership and subscription purchases (recurring orders).

A subscription may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are incurred thereafter. Subscriptions may be paused or modified on the same basis.

Cancellations and changes may be made through the customer account at studioready.com or by contacting concierge@studioready.com.

Orders processed prior to cancellation ship as scheduled and are subject to the Refund Policy.

Advance notice is provided of any change to subscription pricing or terms. Changes apply only to renewals occurring after the notice period.
