The material of this shower towel does a great job exfoliating your skins. Where it goes wrong is the size. It’s similar in size to hotel hand towel and the exfoliating ribs are only on one side. I plan to fold mine in half and see up the sides. That way it will be a better size to clean with and have the ribs on both sides.

I travel a lot for work and I like having the hot lava towel for that extra exfoliation and cleanliness. It doesn’t unravel like loofah puffs. And it travels better since you can just fold it up and tuck it away.
